Kelmscott Press

Kelmscott Press
a printing business (1890–98) run by William Morris at Hammersmith, London, England, which produced fine editions of his own books and other works. The Kelmscott Chaucer, an edition of the Canterbury Tales with illustrations by Burne-Jones, is considered to be one of the most beautiful books ever produced. Kelmscott was the name of the manor house in Gloucestershire where Morris lived for many years.
