also spelled  Kisel'ovsk , or  Kiselevsk 

      city, Kemerovo oblast (region), central Russia. It developed in the 1930s as an industrial and coal-mining centre. Much of the coal is used for coking. Kiselyovsk's engineering industries produce drilling equipment and trucks and mechanical horses for underground coal trains. Pop. (2006 est.) 103,656.
