Bai River

Bai River
or Pai River

River, northeastern China.

It rises beyond the Great Wall in Hebei province and flows southeastward through Beijing municipality. It continues through Tianjin municipality, where it becomes known as the Hai River from its junction with the Grand Canal to its mouth at the Bo Hai. About 300 mi (483 km) long, it is navigable for some 100 mi (160 km).
