Worcester sauce
(also fml) and (AmE Worcestershire Sauce) n [U]
a very popular dark sauce with a strong flavour made in Worcester by the Lea and Perrins company. It was originally created in 1835 by two chemists, Lea and Perrins, in Worcester and they began commercial production of it in 1837.
