Wall Street Journal
the leading financial newspaper in the US. It was first published in 1889 by Charles H Dow and Edward D Jones and is still owned by Dow Jones & Company, which also publishes the Dow-Jones Average. Although it emphasizes business and economic news, the Journal also has long articles about political and general news.
