St Paul’s Cathedral
(also St Paul’s)
a large cathedral in London, England. It was designed in the late 17th century by Sir Christopher Wren (II) to replace a previous cathedral destroyed in the Fire of London, and was completed in 1710. It has a large dome, inside which is the famous Whispering Gallery. The cathedral contains the graves of many famous people, including Lord Nelson, the Duke of Wellington and Christopher Wren himself.
