Four Quartets

Four Quartets
a group of four poems by T S Eliot, Burnt Norton (1935), East Coker (1940), The Dry Salvages (1941) and Little Gidding (1942). The poems contain Christian religious messages, and deal with themes such as time, nature, history and human experience. The titles refer to places that had a special meaning in Eliot’s life or his Christian beliefs.
