Vic·tor Em·man·u·el I (vĭkʹtər ĭ-mănʹyo͞o-əl), 1759-1824.
Sardinian king (1802-1821) whose kingdom was restored after the fall of Napoleon (1815). An uprising forced his abdication in 1821.
