enokidake
e·no·ki·da·ke (ĭ-nō'kē-däʹkē) n.
A widely cultivated mushroom (Flammulina velutipes) native to North America and eastern Asia, having a pinlike appearance that superficially resembles the bean sprout. Also called golden needles.
